Official merch items may involve extended fulfillment times depending on the availability and logistical conditions of the official store.

Products categorized as Accessories, Apparel and Artwork typically have wait times of between 3 to 9 weeks, while Figurines and Plushies may take upwards of 12 months or more for the product to be produced and delivered.

Official shipping prices are determined based on the weight value of the order package. The first 0.5kg is priced at $25, while every 0.5kg thereafter is an additional $13.

If you find that your product is damaged, malformed, or otherwise fails to live up to expectations, you can email us for a return request within the first week of receiving your item, and we can offer you a refund upon a case review.
