In regards to custom and wholesale products: We cater solely to the Greater Vancouver area, offering a 2-week delivery guarantee on all in-stock orders. You can choose either a pick-up option for free (if available), a $4 delivery fee with a 1 to 2-week fulfilment time or pay extra for an expedited 1 to 2-day delivery guarantee with Canada Post.

Pre-sale merch will have longer delivery times, with an average wait time of 2 to 3 weeks starting from the end of the sale. Once we receive the merch, we will provide you with updated delivery times. Delivery fulfilment for all pre-sale items can be expected to be met by the date specified in our pre-sale disclaimer.

Order pick-ups for in-stock products will be held at UBC's Vancouver campus every first Saturday of the month and at Byrne Creek Secondary in Burnaby every third Saturday. Depending on the number of orders in a given cycle, UBC pick-up orders may be offered the option to choose a weekday time when we can hand you your merch order on campus.

In regard to official merchandise: Items purchased in the categories of accessories, plushies, apparel and artwork can be expected to arrive 1 to 4 months after purchase. Figurine purchases may require an additional wait time of up to 14 months total, with pre-order gifts to arrive at around the halfway mark. Official shipping prices are determined based on the weight value of the order package. The first 0.5kg is priced at $25, while every 0.5kg thereafter is an additional $13.
